WHO WE ARE

MGS F3EA JV is a certified 8(a), Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB). We participate in the SBA Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP) through a strategic Joint Venture (JV) between F3EA, Inc. and Modern Government Solutions LLC (MGS). This partnership combines the technical, managerial, and Government Contracting expertise of both organizations while maintaining the benefits and classification of a small business under SBA size standards.

We provide specialized scenario-based training and exercise planning for Special Operations Forces (SOF), conventional military units, interagency partners, and international allies. PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

TRAINING VENUES, ON-SITE TRAINING CAPABILITIES & LOGISTICS SUPPORT

We provide diverse, scalable training venues and comprehensive logistical support tailored to client needs. Our training environments cover jungle, mountain, Arctic, desert, subsurface, and urban mega-city operations (DoDi 1322.28). Our logistical support includes transportation (CDLs), storage (Federal Firearms, Explosive, DEA licenses), and global onsite training facilitation. We also manage tactical gear, weapons, vehicles, and aircraft in-house, utilizing our owned assets to support military training both CONUS and OCONUS.
